Keyboard Specialists Ltd adds full range of X-Keys customisable keypads to its product portfolio.
Keyboard Specialists (KBS) is helping customers manage their time and keyboard shortcuts with the expansion of its offering to include a full range of X-Key keypads. The move comes in response to strong customer demand for time and cost effective technologies to boost efficiency and help eliminate human error in repeatable computer inputting tasks.
X-Keys are a range a customisable keypads that can be programmed with a series of user-defined commands through the use of MacroWorks software. These could be anything from copy and paste shortcuts to commonly typed text or mouse clicks, allowing combinations of keystrokes to be repeatedly exactly the same, time after time, without errors.
The demand for X-Keys has risen sharply as people have become increasingly reliant on technology in their work and personal lives while at the same time are faced with growing time pressures. The range available through KBS is designed to meet all levels of user requirement from 4-key programmable sticks and 12-key keypads up to keyboards with 60-80 programmable keys. The company also stocks accessories such as programmable X-Key foot pedals.
The 15-strong product range includes the X-keys XKJOY Programmable Keypad, a popular product with video editors as it allows instant access to clips and effects combined with the analogue feel of the joy stick control.
