Overview of the Custom Product Development Process:
Step One:
Go to 'Contact Us' and complete the contact form with as much information about the customised product you require.
Step Two:
KBS will review the contact form and will send you a quotation my email based on the information provided within 48 hours.
Step Three:
If approved, an order is required to start producing a sample / prototype.
Step Four:
Upon approval of the sample/prototype, full production will commence.
Step Five:
Delivery of finished product.
The above process normally takes approximately 4-12 weeks depending on the project and availability of components
