Designed by PrehKeyTec with an integrated MSR and OCR reader as well as a 1 + 2 + 3 Magnetic Track Reader, this module can be used in POS and Industrial applications. The position of the readers allows the user to swipe machine-readable documents and magnetic cards in both directions. The ergonomic design gives the operator an easy handle of the device.
This Stand-Alone module is ideal for use at post offices, customs control areas at border crossings and at airline ticket counters. The use of this device assures a perfect read of all personal information stored in machine-readable documents.
Once the document or card is scanned, a status indicator will show if the reading was successful as well as a buzzer for acoustic feedback to differentiate successful readings from unsuccessful readings.
For all applications which require clear, rapid recording of machine-readable data from documents, this module offers a practical and cost-effective solution.
